Not to be confused with Nutritional Psychotherapy, Nutritional Therapy is for general health.

My Holistic Nutritional Therapy offering is akin to visiting a registered dietitian, yet focuses on a holistic approach. Instead of conventional meal planning or calorie counting, it emphasizes the integration of diet and lifestyle changes for enhanced overall health. This approach contrasts with conventional nutrition, which tends to be limited to aspects like weight management or diabetes. My clinical nutrition services provide a comprehensive method using nutrient-dense, whole food nutrition aimed at revitalizing your health and helping you feel wonderful again.
Holistic Nutritional Therapy involves a nutritional assessment, which is a formal process for identifying areas that require the most focus (see charts below). This includes tailored food and lifestyle recommendations, supplement suggestions (when necessary), and continuous follow-up sessions to ensure you remain on track for optimal health.
My philosophy is about making small adjustments toward nutrient-dense, properly prepared whole foods with what you are already eating. Swapping simple ingredients for better quality can go a long way!
If you seek personalized nutrition plans tailored to a specific non-commercialized diet (like paleo, AIP, keto, or vegetarianism), I can customize my recommendations accordingly. Certain diets can be beneficial for specific ailments, such as GAPS or a ketogenic diet for mental health. However, I recognize the bioindividual needs of each person and will suggest a diet that aligns with your personal health goals. I avoid recommending commercial diets (such as Weight Watchers or Atkins) due to their inherent financial interests and biases.
Regardless of your main health goals, the cool thing is that when you are working to improve your nutrition, other aspects of your health will naturally improve, too!

If you're not quite ready to do the package, try my nutrition group instead! It's a great introduction to what I do and an excellent gateway into a ketogenic lifestyle, if that's your goal. Otherwise, you can schedule a single nutrition session, but you won't get any package bonuses.
If you are in Utah/Idaho and want a more comprehensive approach specifically for mental health, check out nutritional psychotherapy.
