Session-by-Session Holistic Psychotherapy

Suffering from depression, loss of motivation, anxiety, poor sleep, stress, or something similar? 

This is what most people are looking for from a therapist because conventional therapy is structured on a session-by-session basis. It's usually 53-minute sessions and often on a weekly basis. It depends on who's coming as to what this therapy looks like. Sometimes it's very conventional, such as talk therapy and trauma work, and sometimes we get to do more mind, body, and spirit (holistic) work.

I am a licensed mental health therapist/counselor in Utah and offer the following services as my main approaches:

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or "Tapping")

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Solution-Focused Therapy

Clinical Holistic Psychotherapy

If you want a more comprehensive service that you won't get from other therapists, I highly recommend nutritional psychotherapy instead.
