The Restart program is a 5-week, small-group program. This is not a webinar and not a sales pitch, but an interactive and experiential group where you can get real results!

🥕 This is an interactive group, so make sure you will be available to speak in a private location with reliable internet. Sessions will not be recorded.
🥕 The most important part of the program is the experience of better health, which means there will be homework related to changing your diet. Signing up with a friend can be really motivating, but it's not required!
🥕 The price you see is for the entire 5-week program. You'll only be charged once, unless you express the desire to purchase other services or add-ons.
🥕The program is designed to be a focus on food only; supplements are not part of the curriculum.
🥕 This is strictly a general nutrition program and is not to be confused with nutritional psychotherapy or individualized care. Mental and physical health may improve by following this course, but improvements are not guaranteed. Your success depends on you!
🥕 If you have a diagnosable eating disorder, please work with an appropriate psychotherapist to resolve most of your concerns about food before signing up for this program.
