Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines for using this site and engaging with our services, including who we serve, what is (and isn’t) included with our offerings, and your rights as a client or visitor. This includes the age requirement for users, usage permissions, intellectual property rules, and limitations of liability.


Whether you’re enrolling in our health course, working with a practitioner 1:1, whether it's Cody Cox or an employee of Beaver Creek Mental Health & Wellness, or downloading a free resource, this document explains the boundaries of our services and how we operate.

By using this Site, Services, Products, Resources you hereby agree to:

  1. Definitions

“Company”, “We”,”I”,”Our” or “Us” means Beaver Creek Mental Health & Wellness, Cody Cox (in capacity as owner and managing member of Beaver Creek Mental Health & Wellness), and beavercreekwellness.com

“Content” means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information contained on beavercreekwellness.com, including but not limited to, any and all emails received from Cody or Beaver Creek Mental Health & Wellness and any and all written or downloadable material purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered on beavercreekwellness.com, such as blog posts, graphics, designs, documents, information, and materials. 

“Site, Services, and/or Products” means beavercreekwellness.com, contact, email list, social media posts, blog posts, psychotherapy, coaching services, classes, contracts, ebooks, forms, worksheets, website materials available on the Site. 

“Site” means beavercreekwellness.com and any and all of its pages, tabs, sub-pages and “content” as defined herein. 

“You” or “ Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

By using the Site you voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, and abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. You also are admitting that you are at least 18 years of age. Any use or or access to the Site without a Parent or Guardian's written permission, if you are under the age of 18, are in violation of these terms and conditions.

  5. No Practitioner-Client Relationship

Using this Site does not establish a formal practitioner-client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed after a written agreement is signed and payment is made to Beaver Creek Mental Health & Wellness. Communication via contact form, email, or social media does not constitute a formal relationship.


  6. No Medical Advice

All information on the Site is for educational purposes only. It has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making lifestyle or dietary changes.


  7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of any changes.


  8. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or content of those sites, nor how they handle your data. You should review their terms independently.

If a dispute arises, contact us first. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. You waive your right to a jury trial. Maximum liability is a refund of payment made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.


  21. Jurisdiction

All legal matters shall be resolved in the courts of Cache County, Utah or the United States District Court for the District of Utah.


  22. Service of Process

You agree to service of legal process under Utah law and waive any objections related to jurisdiction or venue.

  24. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages related to your use of the Site, including lost profits, injuries, or legal disputes resulting from your actions.
